I visited the Scotiabank website today to see a spccial rate GIC. The bank is using "cool" sites to market their srvices. There were links so that you could add the advertisement to your Facebook, Del.icio.us (social bookmarking), Stumbleupon (social bookmarking) and My Yahoo pages.
I logged into my Facebook account from the link and Scotiabank offered me the chance to post an announcement of the GIC sale on my profile page or send it friends!
