iBistro login with Chinese visual keyboard

I heard that some people were having trouble but a webteam staffer checked and here's what to suggest.

Problem: With iBistro, if the user signs in to place a hold after he has retrieved the items from the database using the visual keyboard, the user cannot type in the library card number. The system doesn’t recognize the keystrokes as numbers.

Solution: When you set your input language to Chinese in Windows, the number keys in the main part of the keyboard produce Chinese characters, but you can still use the number pad on the right side of your keyboard to enter regular numbers. This works the same way in iBistro as it does in Google.

So this is not an "iBistro problem" - it's just the way Chinese input works in Windows.
