If not, Frances showed Leena, who showed me this amazing, paper saving trick.
1. Press "PRINT"
2. Click on "PROPERTIES"
3. In the box "DUPLEX", click on the "LONG EDGE" button ("SHORT EDGE" if you want it to print lengthwise)
4. Press "PRINT" and be wowed!

Yep, the laser printer is easy to do. Now if only the photocopier wouldn't jam when we do double-sided on it!
Just a reminder - this is for the staff computer printer.
Sarah, it doesn't work in our public printer, just the one in the staff room. Could that be it? I found a document in the Intranet too - search for printing or duplex printing.
Can you print PDFs?
